Your contract includes a base amount of transmission bandwidth and storage space for each month, should your usage go over that amount the following charges will apply:

Service costs are based on a case-by-case method. From time to time, things will not be working as you think they should be. Our staff will spend a reasonable time with you to resolve these concerns. You may be billed at our $125 per hour rate in 1/4 hour increments for these services.
